No entregaron el producto el día que dijeron.
Me dijeron que acudirían a mi domicilio para revisar el tinaco que adquirí y ver la falla que presentaba la pieza para la garantía. Día y medio y sin respuesta de su visita, llamo nuevamente y me dicen que no que ya para que pasan si falla pues que pase con ellos por la pieza nueva.
Pésima atención.
Terrible service, he explained the defect of a piece that I acquired with them and at the end he asks me if I buy it with them ??♀️.
They did not deliver the product the day they said.
They told me that they would come to my home to check the water tank that I purchased and see the fault that the part presented for the guarantee. A day and a half and with no response from their visit, I call again and they tell me no, so what happens if it fails, then let me go through the new piece with them.
Terrible attention.
