Yo tambien soy comerciante y cuando un cliente llega a mi negocio a comprar y viene desde muy lejos, hago una esepcion.y lo atiendo, pues tan importante es su tiempo como el mio, para mi mis clientes son muy importatantes pues de ellos vive y come mi familia.
Y yo fui a comprar desde muy lejos, Pero ya no me.quisieron venser el producto que yo necesitaba, mal servicio...

La única manera de que el personal sea eficiente es que el supervisor este presente, de otra manera no lo hacen.
