Aunque en una de las ocasiones, me atendió una empleada de mostrador que me dió una cosa por otra a pesar de haber especificado lo que necesitaba, pero me di cuenta hasta al pagar ya que es cuando te entregan el recibo dónde específica tus productos y tenía que recogerlo "en patio".
No hubo problema en hacer el cambio de producto ya que estaba todavía en la tienda, pero implica perder tiempo.
Aún así, volveré cuando sea necesario. El resto del personal, excelente.
Store with a wide variety of products, accessible prices, and generally good service from the staff, since I have been several times.
Although on one of the occasions, I was attended by a counter employee who gave me one thing for another despite having specified what I needed, but I even realized when paying since it is when they give you the receipt where you specify your products and had to pick it up "in patio".
There was no problem in making the product change since it was still in the store, but it involves wasting time.
Still, I'll be back when needed. The rest of the staff, excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado aquí en dos ocasiones. Las empleadas son extremadamente flojas, no buscan nada. Solo te dicen que no tienen algo y después lo encuentra uno mismo. Sus productos son un 1 de 10 en calidad, se rompen fácilmente o no funcionan en lo absoluto. Eviten está ferretería.
I have shopped here twice. The employees are extremely lazy, they don't look for anything. They just tell you they don't have something and then find it yourself. Their products are a 1 out of 10 for quality, break easily, or don't work at all. Avoid this hardware store.
