Creo que sus empleados asumen que todo el que va a comprar se dedica a la herrería de tiempo completo y ello impide un efectivo canal de comunicacion necesaeio para los que vamos a comprar para un proyecto de casa, pues requerimos de su apoyo para poder adquirir los materiales mas adecuados...
Esto lo comento porque me dio la impresion de que les fue incomodo tratar con personas (persona) que repito hacen proyectos en casa o que incluso se inician en la herrería... Resulta incomodo...

Le pedí que no hablara de esa forma ... Y seguía molesta. Espero que esto que paso haya sido un caso aislado y no la forma acostumbrada de tratar a sus clientes. Por mi parte NO los considero una opción para comprar sus productos
I just called to ask what time the material I bought yesterday would arrive and the lady who attended me got upset and began to treat me with a beaten voice. I asked her not to talk like that ... And she was still upset. I hope this happened was an isolated case and not the usual way of treating your clients. For my part, I do NOT consider them an option to buy their products.
