Mas atención en su Personal Telefónico así se pierden futuras relaciones comerciales con clientes...
Terrible Telephone Service, it is impossible for me as a new customer to contact their staff because they do not listen to you a word and send you from extension to extension until you hang up ... I had never received such bad attention via telephone.
More attention in your Telephone Personnel so future business relationships with customers are lost ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención telefonica es pesima, no he ido a mostrador para ver si hay mejor servicio, pero almenos nunca volveré a hablar, no te resulven nada y no tienen sentido de atención al cliente.
The telephone attention is terrible, I have not gone to the counter to see if there is better service, but at least I will never speak again, they are nothing for you and they have no sense of customer service.
