El dueño o encargado principal que siempre se encuentra cobrando al final del mostrador atiende de mala gana, regaña a los clientes cuando preguntan por el precio de una herramienta etc. aunque todavía se le pida por favor y esperando pacientemente que atiendan; humilla a sus empleados delante de los clientes, si tanto se queja de ellos pues que atienda él solo la ferretería ya que él es el ÚNICO que cobra.
Yo fui con un familiar y por sana distancia me esperé en la entrada mientras que mi familiar pasaba a preguntar precios de algo que necesitaba; el dueño no sé si pensó que yo iba a tomar algo mandaba a vigilar la entrada.
con esos modos para vender yo no vuelvo y definitivamente no la recomiendo, de los empleados no tengo ninguna queja.
AWFUL ATTENTION !! The owner or main manager who is always charging at the end of the counter reluctantly attends, scolds customers when they ask for the price of a tool etc. although you are still being asked to please and patiently waiting for them to attend; humiliates his employees in front of customers, if he complains so much about them, then let him attend the hardware store alone since he is the ONLY one who charges.
I went with a family member and due to a healthy distance I waited at the entrance while my family member went to ask for prices for something he needed; I do not know if the owner thought I was going to have something, he sent to watch the entrance.
With those ways to sell I do not return and I definitely do not recommend it, from the employees I have no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las ferreterías mejor surtidas de la ciudad. Además, su dueño siempre está ahí platicando y atendiendo de muy buena gana. Mi comentario sigue vigente, hasta el día de hoy aún es un gusto ir a la Azteca.
One of the best stocked hardware stores in the city. In addition, its owner is always there talking and serving very willingly. My comment is still valid, to this day it is still a pleasure to go to the Azteca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bastante malo, nunca hay cambio y te pretenden dar el kilo de cemento suelto por qué "no dan bolsas" es algo ilógico que no lo puedan hacer por paquetes perón en fin.......
The service is quite bad, there is never any change and they try to give you a kilo of loose cement because "they don't give bags" it is something illogical that they can't do it for packages but anyway.......
