De ahí, todo de maravilla, excelentes precios, los mejores de la marca Truper y submarcas en todo Tuxtla. Pero paquetería me hizo esperar por una lijadora que no tenían y tuve que esperar mi devolución de dinero también perdí hora y media en la tienda y mis empleados esperando para su salida compré una funigadora y venía pegada con cola loca y ya no fui a cambiarla por falta de tiempo. Pero los precios son los mejores de la ciudad y la variedad es genial. Su tarjeta de fidelidad no tiene sistema y no dan los puntos obtenidos ni respetan la compra aunque la falla sea de ellos. No hay transparencia de qué artículos otorgan puntos y cuantos. No actualizan su inventario y cuando algo se agota no lo resurten pronto. The good thing is the self-service, the bad thing is that the employees become ball and it costs that they attend to one.
