Faltan marcas de Gama Alta y que los empleados estén informados.
Visito este lugar por necesidad periódicamente. Pésima atención al cliente y logística.
Uno tiene que traer a un vendedor o buscarlo en la tienda para irle diciendo todo lo que uno quiere, este te da un ticket y uno pasa a con otro a cajas para pagar, luego hay que ir con otros para que le entreguen las cosas que hay que esperar porque nunca están para cuando uno a terminado de pagar.
Si una va a buscar varias cosas termina uno con varios tickets de vendedores diferentes para pagar en conjunto. Luego hay que esperar a que cada vendedor entregue lo pedido a la parte de entregas.
Si uno lleva las cosas en la mano a la caja, la cajera llama a un vendedor para que este genere un ticket lejos de la caja mientras esperas y haces fila de nuevo.
Si algo esta mal en el ticket te tienes que ir a buscar al vendedor para que lo corrija. Los cajeros no pueden hacer nada.
Revisen su ticket, no se saben ni sus códigos y con frecuencia cobran cosas que no son.
Para regresar un producto o cambiarlo le piden a uno gastar un mínimo para devolver el costo del producto. Si son varios tickets, son varias compras para que te puedan tomar a cuenta lo que devuelves. Cada tramite con el vendedor del ticket correspondiente.
Son incapaces de atenderte rápido. 4 lijas, sin colas en caja, directo a la caja con producto en mano: 30 min para poder salir. RIDICULO

No entiendo porque para facturar, tienen que cobrarme una nota de crédito del 20% de lo que se compró para que te puedan generar la factura?? Porque?? Se me hace una arbitrariedad!! Pondré una queja en profeco.

Por lo que te recomiendan alguna cosa o pieza que no es la solución que llegastes a buscar.
Así que busca algun vendedor que mínimo ya lleve mas de un año trabajando en la tienda, para que te de una posible, solución a lo que llegas a buscar a la tienda.
