Servicio a domicilio aunque por la demanda hay que esperar más de tres horas en promedio así que a planificar bien si uno no quiere o no puede llevárselo al momento. Servicio de corte muy económico. Tal vez el servicio sea un poco parco, pero tienen experiencia y disposición para resolver las dudas de los clientes. Sin problema de estacionamiento, a 5 minutos del metro Aquiles Serdán.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Progreso se identifica por atención al cliente, siempre hay que darle solución al cliente. Y lo que siempre me ha gustado es que jamás te dicen que no hay o no se puede. Y así todos te dan buena atención... Desde que entras y vas a mostrador hasta que llegas a bodega y te ayudan con tu material y también por qué no te lo llevan hasta la entrada de tu casa. Esa atención pocas empresas lo tienen.
Esta empresa me dejó mucho aprendizaje en los 3 años que labore ahí. Y siempre la voy a recomendar completamente.
Progress is identified by customer service, you always have to give the customer a solution. And what I've always liked is that they never tell you that there isn't or you can't. And so everyone gives you good attention... From the moment you enter and go to the counter until you arrive at the warehouse and they help you with your material and also why don't they take it to the entrance of your house.
