★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le tienen paciencia a los clientes que van a comprar, parece que creen que saben cómo se llaman las cosas que necesitan, recuerden que no todos somos expertos. Vi como hacían balbucear a un anciano que ocupaba algo para su baño y no lo atendían como se merece! A veces tienen tantas cosas en la banqueta que no dejan pasar a los peatones en días concurridos, les hace falta tener muestrarios y presentarlos a los clientes, con un poquito de esfuerzo se convierte en la ferretería más chingona se los aseguro!
They do not have patience for customers who are going to buy, it seems that they think they know what the things they need are called, remember that we are not all experts. I saw how they made an old man stammer who was occupying something for his bathroom and they did not treat him as he deserves! Sometimes they have so many things on the sidewalk that they do not let pedestrians pass on busy days, they need to have samples and present them to customers, with a little effort it becomes the coolest hardware store I assure you!
