★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surtido de materiales, aunque hay muchos de marcas "desconocidas" o por lo menos no tan conocidas y esto hace dudar de la calidad y desempeño de las diferentes herramientas.
El personal es amable y atento; pero, les falta "agilidad" en asegurar si hay o no los materiales solicitados, sobre todo medidas y presentaciones.
Les ayudaría la venta en combos (ahí les encargo la comisión), sobre diferentes herramientas, tales como: albañilería, campo, plomería, herreria, soldadura, electricidad, jardinería, etc.
Igualmente, hacer explícita las garantías y a todo deberían aplicar la garantía. De vez en cuando, hacer presentaciones del desempeño de las herramientas y equipos; sobretodo de las marcas no tan conocidas.
Los espacios son insuficientes, para todo lo que venden, deben mejorar el orden y acomodo. Esto es una condición insegura del local.
