Recuerden que se deben a sus clientes, es importante entrenar a sus colaboradores en cómo deben de tratar a su clientela y medir sus formas de dirigirse a ellas así como su lenguaje corporal, de ser necesario envíenlas a escuela de ventas y de modales.
PD. A un cliente jamás se le dice no te creo.
