The attention was excellent and not only with respect to their products (the assortment is very wide as well). I had a small accidental cut of mine and they helped me with alcohol, cotton and a bandage.

En mi caso particular acudí para comprar una espátula rígida con mango reforzado y con un ancho de 6" cosa que no encontre pero después de preguntar un para de ocasiones me ofrecieron una espátula semirrígida con mango de madera de 5" con un costo de $93.00 está de la marca Truper por X situación acudí horas mas tarde al Walmart de agostadero y pasando por el departamento de ferrería me llamo la atención que la misma espátula se encontraba ahí pero con un precio de $81.00 y no solo eso también encontre una espátula con mango reforzado de 8" que era lo que estaba buscando y termine comprando también la segunda espátula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención hasta que descubres que el tornillo que te dieron no es de la medida que ocupabas , regresas para hacer un cambio y ni se molestan en hacerlo, al contrario, te dicen que como esta dañado el tornillo no te lo pueden cubrir, gaste $30 pesos y me devolvieron $22 , osea ... por $8 pesos prefirieron quemarse, desde un principio debieron darme lo que pedí.
