★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con las facturas, la señorita que se dice llamar azucena se molesta porque le pido facturas, que no me han llegado y dice molesta que porque estamos cambiando de correo...y que si quiero ya no compre ahí...se le pide hablar con el encargado y dice que no está...muy mal de esta gente que además de que se les paga por un buen servicio se sienten los dueños del lugar. O nosé si sea la dueña, si es así peor aún... En otras ferreterías las facturas llegan al instante sin batallar, en cuanto me den las facturas, jamás comprare ahí y pierden un buen cliente ya que se les compra muy pero muy seguido. PÉSIMO!!!
Terrible service with the invoices, the lady who calls herself lily gets upset because I ask her for invoices, that they have not arrived and says annoyed that because we are changing mail ... and if I want to, I no longer buy there ... He asks to speak to the manager and he says that he is not ... very bad of these people who, in addition to being paid for good service, feel like they are the owners of the place. Or I don't know if I'm the owner, if that's the case, even worse ... In other hardware stores the invoices arrive instantly without a fight, as soon as they give me the invoices, I will never buy there and they lose a good customer since they buy very, very often . APPALLING!!!
