La atención es buena en general. Lo malo es el tiempo que te hacen esperar desde que pagas y hasta que te entregan la mercancía es molestisima la espera para cualquiera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran surtido en herramienta. Con un buen asesoramiento. Precios bastante competitivos. Y gran espacio de exhibición. Ideal se necesitas herramienta. Si eres herrero, carpintero, albañil, o ama de casa es un buen lugar para comprar. Manejan maquinaria de gran volumen. Y artículos para el entrenamiento. Recomiendo no ir en sábado porque está bastante lleno y si es que vas ten mucha paciencia.
Large assortment of tools. With good advice. Quite competitive prices. And great exhibition space. Ideal tool is needed. If you are a blacksmith, carpenter, bricklayer, or housewife this is a good place to shop. They handle high-volume machinery. And items for training. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar bien ubicado, a pie de calle, muy distribuido , bien surtido y con procedimientos de compra muy estrictos sin embargo efectivos para la cantidad de gente que compra ahí. Tiene estacionamiento público cerca de ahí y fuera de la tienda como servicio independiente hay diableros que te ayudarán a llevar tus cosas por una cantidad de dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente tienen pésimo servicio, la señorita de la entrada esta en su celular y cuando pedi ayuda de mala gana me dio el precio de un taladro le dije que lo llevaria y me dio la nota con un precio mayor al que me ofreció al comentarselo a la cajera de muy mala gana me dijo que si queria me llevara algo por la diferencia que solo eran $50 o cancelara si queria cane hacer notar que era una compra de casi 5000 pesos!!! El problema es la actitud de todos en general , es una pena … perdi el dinero por evitar tardarme mas y tener que tratar con ella .. La próxima vez compro en otro lado.. Deberian entender que no te hacen un favor!!!! NO VALORAN a sus clientes ..
