Contras: A veces cierran por la tarde sin avisar y los precios en general exceden el de la mayoría. El sobrecosto debe ser por la ubicación ya que es una zona de clase media, media. Solía ser una zona de clase media alta pero la zona no se ha renovado y los edificios de apartamentos son viejos e inseguros sísmicamente hablando.
