★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena y completa ferretería, pero dentro de lo que me fue muy desagradable la comisión que cobran por uso de tarjeta de débito. Las comisiones las puede absorber el negocio por qué son por el uso de la conección bancaria para poder recibir las tarjetas. Ni en eso quiere invertir la ferretería, aparte de que le generas ingresos debes pagar la comicion por pagarle. Me aparece ridículo y abusivo. Se hubiera convertido en mi surtidor de preferencia pero con este detalle buscaré otras opciones y en tiempos de pandemia no creo que sea conveniente que se den el lujo de exprimir al consumidor.
Very good and complete hardware store, but within what I found very unpleasant the commission they charge for using a debit card. The commissions can be absorbed by the business because they are due to the use of the bank connection to receive the cards. Nor does the hardware store want to invest in that, apart from the fact that you generate income you must pay the commission for paying it. It seems ridiculous and abusive to me. It would have become my supplier of choice but with this detail I will look for other options and in times of pandemic I do not think it is convenient for them to have the luxury of squeezing the consumer.

Aveces te tratan muy bien y eso me agradó q te tienen bastante paciencia, pero el “gerente” ese día estaba de malas o no sé, pero no solo a mí me dió un mal trato, también a un/a emplead@ sin tener culpa. ?
