PESIMO, NEFASTO, EVERYTHING BAD IN YOUR ATTENTION. YOU HAVE TO BE ASKING ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR INSTALLATION TO BE TELLED HOW IT'S GOING, AND IN THE END THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INSTALL YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio la verdad, por lo menos en mi caso, mi esposo hizo la solicitud los primeros días de agosto y le dieron fecha de instalación para el día 21 de agosto y se llegó la fecha y nunca vinieron ni hablaron para dar una explicación, mi esposo se volvió a comunicar y le cambiaron la fecha para el 25 de agosto y tampoco vinieron, volvió a llamar y le dieron fecha para el 29 de agosto y hasta hoy 10 de septiembre no han venido y tampoco tienen la atención de llamar para dar alguna justificación, sinceramente PESIMO servicio ??
The truth is very bad service, at least in my case, my husband made the request the first days of August and they gave him an installation date for August 21 and the date arrived and they never came or spoke to give an explanation, My husband contacted again and they changed the date to August 25 and they did not come, he called again and they gave him a date for August 29 and until today September 10 they have not come and they do not have the attention to call to give some justification, honestly HORRIBLE service ??

Sus métodos de cobro son arcaicos, la facturación es más IVA, el servicio es intermitente y su único medio de atención es un chat de Whatsapp. Los costos son relativamente competitivos con respecto a otros proveedores pero la atención y servicio es bananero y mediocre.
Tecnianet is a person (yes, it is a person, not a company) without a single defined process. Their collection methods are archaic, the billing is plus VAT, the service is intermittent and their only means of attention is a WhatsApp chat. The costs are relatively competitive with respect to other providers but the attention and service is banana and mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa solo tiene un número para hacer contrataciones, cobros y servicio técnico, dejan mucho que desear, no hay un diferenciador con respecto a la competencia ya que ellos por 350 dan solo 1 servicio y muy inestable más en tiempo de lluvia. Una empresa que por cierto la forma en que obtienen el internet se ha puesto en duda su legalidad.
The company only has one number to make hiring, collections and technical service, they leave much to be desired, there is no differentiator with respect to the competition since they provide only 1 service for 350 and very unstable more in rainy weather. A company that by the way the way they obtain the internet has questioned its legality.
