Hay una buena variedad de productos, y aunque no es una tienda especializada, se ve que han invertido en ampliar el catálogo (se nota la diferencia a cuando empezaron, incluso ahora venden algunos modelos de herramientas eléctricas). El propietario siempre tiene una solución y aunque el servicio de cara al cliente es esmerado, en lo personal no me gusta cómo trata a uno de los empleados (que además sospecho que es su hijo). No ha habido una vez que yo venga y no vea que lo critica, le dice que lo está haciendo mal, y se burla de él con los clientes. Es por eso que le quito dos estrellas y he decidido sólo comprarle en caso de emergencias (además de que sí es más caro por ser un negocio al interior de El Refugio). El estacionamiento es gratuito pero insuficiente (sólo los cajones en el frente del local, que además comparte con un Oxxo). It is a combined paint and hardware business.
