Experiencia personal: Un día fui a comprar piezas para instalar boiler, y me faltaron piezas. Cuando volví ya estaba cerrado. Justamente vi que iba entrando una persona y le pedí de favor que me vendiera las piezas faltantes, el señor accedió sin problema, aún cuando ya estaba cerrada la ferretera. Por ese motivo pude terminar mi trabajo ese mismo día.
No es común, pero fuenun buen detalle de buen servicio al cliente.

Personal experience: One day I went to buy parts to install the boiler, and I was missing parts. When I returned it was already closed. I just saw that a person was entering and I asked him to please sell me the missing pieces, the man agreed without problem, even when the hardware store was already closed. For that reason I was able to finish my work that same day.
It's not common, but it was a nice touch of good customer service.
