★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las últimas veces que eh estado llendo no tienen los materiales y tampoco te ofrecen algo similar tienen mucho desabasto de mercancía no se si no puedan pedir a otra sucursal sobre el material que uno ocupa ya que ni solución dan a uno donde se pueda conseguir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen surtido pero la atención de los empleados mala, no se si les dan cursos de relaciones humanas, el mostrador se queda sin alguien que atienda y el tiempo se espera para ser atendido es mucho, hoy en la sucursal de la 5 de febrero pagué en caja y una de mis cuentas fue de $57:00, por error solo di los $7:00 y la respuesta de la cajera fue nada profesional y poco amable, ya he oído de varios clientes comentarios negativos de los empleados de la ferretería. No se puede canjear el buen precio por un mal servicio. Con un mejor servicio siempre les daría las cinco estrellas y se que lo van a lograr, gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésima atención de parte de los empleados no se si el dueño este enterado o lo tienen engañado porke fui a comprar y uno de los empleados le pregunte hasta con foto de lo que necesitaba y me dijo ke no había de hecho ni se movió de la silla ni nombre para saber a quien referirme pues me tuve ke llamar a la otra sucursal del Bicentenario y la verdad cuando le pregunte la dirección me dijo que en la central sur y le vuelvo a preguntar entre que calle pues la central es desde el Bicentenario hasta la estación de mal modo me contestó un una cuadra abajo. La verdad no se si no les pagan o vienen mal de sus casas o de plano están cansados porke lo malo ke en la sucursal de la 5 de febrero si había porke mandaron al trabajo y una.mujer lee dijo ke si habia entonces como kieren tener ventas si tienen empleados como esos de mal huir las del telefonistas de la dic. Bicentenario y de la dic. 8av. norte que no contestan el teléfono desde las 8:00 y la última yamada la hice a las 8:35 de la mañana por estar ocupada haciendo quien sabe que menos su trabajo o de mal humor ke dan la dirección de mala gana y sin contar con empleados que nieguen los productos por no querer caminar y buscar por cansancio o cruda por ke eso parecía ojala cambiaran o de plano nosotros que somos los que compramos buscaremos otras tiendas donde nos vendan y nos traten con respeto y por que no decirlo en Mercantil del constructor tendremos mejor trato y surtido no como en FERRETERÍAS TAPACHULA lo bueno me hay mas así ya no tendré que volver y presupuesto no la recomiendo. Disculpen mis palabras pero eso me sucedió ahorita temprano en lunes 30 de noviembre del 2020
