★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está medianamente surtido y me queda claro que los trabajadores tienen indicaciones de cuidar al cliente pero cuando uno entra parece que nos están cuidado pero de no robar y eso molesto. Por último la señorita que atiende al final debería de poner cara más amable ya que en la fila habían cuatro personas antes que yo y a todos nos puso cara de pocos amigos.
It is fairly standardized and it is clear to me that the workers have instructions to take care of the client but when one enters it seems that they are careful but not to steal and that is annoying. Finally the young lady who attends at the end should make a friendlier face since there were four people in the line before me and they all made us look like a few friends.

Wide assortment, lots of space, good prices, excellent attention and advice given by those in charge of customer service, ample parking area and the few that have pipes and accessories plus. Highly recommended hardware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención del personal, están de mal humor y no quieren dar precios que porque "están muy ocupadas". Incluso llegué con los códigos de lo que quería y me dijeron que yo buscara los precios en el catálogo online, "que ellas no tenían tiempo", no saben decir qué productos tienen, ni si hay existencias. No manejan precios de mayoreo ni promociones.
Bad staff attention, they are in a bad mood and don't want to give prices because "they are very busy". I even arrived with the codes of what I wanted and they told me that I would look for the prices in the online catalog, "that they didn't have time", they don't know what products they have, nor if there are stocks. They do not handle wholesale prices or promotions.
