Very good service and good assortment but they do NOT open at 8, I do not know if it is already open at 9 but I have been at 8:30 and 8:40 and closed, it would be good to update your schedule.

También tienen algunos enseres para la limpieza, como escobas, mechudos para trapear, jergas, etc. Lo único que no me agradó es que la mayoría de sus productos no tienen etiqueta de precios. Asi que depende quien esté despachando para que te den el precio que ellos quieren. Hoy me tocó que me despachara una mujer y no se porque, ella da más caro que cuando está el señor. A pesar de que ya tienen los precios en su sistema, por ley deben de tenerlos a la vista del consumidor o etiquetados los productos. Aparte de que la señora no es clara y concisa al hablar y no se le entiende bien las cantidades que cobra y cuando recibes el cambio te da otra cantidad diferente que al principio. Ese tipo de situaciones confunden al consumidor y se vuelve molesto, por lo menos a mí me sucede que si me dan un precio cuando pregunto y luego me lo cambian, me molesta mucho, ya que por eso pregunto antes de comprar. Yo ya había preguntado el precio de un tubo de silicon días antes y el día de hoy pasé por el y resulta que ya era otro precio. En fin, espero mejoren su forma de cobrar para no perder clientes. La zona donde se encuentra la ferretería es de un nivel económico alto, tal vez por eso sus precios son accesibles pero no baratos. Y pues para una necesidad urgente están en buena ubicación y tiene buen surtido. La atención es buena pero pónganse de acuerdo o etiqueten sus productos con el costo para que no haya malos entendidos. They have a good assortment of materials and items for any type of home repair. They also have some cleaning supplies like brooms, mopping wicks, slang, etc. The only thing I didn't like is that most of their products don't have a price tag. So it depends on who is dispatching so that they give you the price they want. Today I had to be dispatched by a woman and I don't know why, she gives more expensive than when the man is there. Although they already have the prices in their system, by law they must have them in view of the consumer or the products labeled. Apart from the fact that the lady is not clear and concise when speaking and she does not understand well the amounts she charges and when you receive the change she gives you a different amount than at the beginning. These types of situations confuse the consumer and it becomes annoying, at least it happens to me that if they give me a price when I ask and then change it, it bothers me a lot, since that is why I ask before buying. I had already asked the price of a silicone tube days before and today I went through it and it turns out that it was already another price. Anyway, I hope they improve their way of charging so as not to lose customers. The area where the hardware store is located is of a high economic level, perhaps that is why its prices are accessible but not cheap. And for an urgent need they are in a good location and have a good assortment. The care is good but agree or label your products with the cost so that there are no misunderstandings.
