★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me quedé con mal sabor de boca, compré una chapa y no tuve la precaución de verificar que el contenido estuviera completo, cuando llegue a hacer la instalación le faltaba la tornillería y una llavecita, como fue domingo por la tarde que la compre ya no pude regresar en ese momento pues ya estaba cerrado, hoy lunes que fui a decirles que me había faltado la tornillería, el chico me dijo que no podía hacerse responsable y que el ya me la había dado, lo peor es que no me dio ninguna opción de compra de otros tornillos pues según que son únicos y no los hay, pues es una muy mala experiencia, pues tendré que comprar otra chapa y hacer un doble gasto.
Well, I had a bad taste in my mouth, I bought a plate and did not have the precaution of verifying that the content was complete, when I arrived to do the installation it was missing the screws and a little key, as it was Sunday afternoon that I bought it no longer I was able to return at that time because it was already closed, today Monday I went to tell them that I had been missing the hardware, the boy told me that he could not be responsible and that he had already given it to me, the worst thing is that he did not give me any option purchase of other screws because according to that they are unique and there are none, it is a very bad experience, because I will have to buy another plate and make a double expense.
