 Very rude the lady who answers you by phone, did not give me specifications of the product as simple as if it was 2 "or 3" that I went to the store directly I am from Coatzacoalcos I thought to send someone for the product that I required. Bad service attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia el servicio es fatal. Las llamadas las contestan de mala manera y te dejan mil horas esperando al teléfono. Los pedidos los tardan mucho dicen que salen desde las 8 AM y los entregan hasta las 5 de la tarde. No son serios. El servicio al cliente es pésimo.
In my experience the service is fatal. The calls answer them in a bad way and leave you a thousand hours waiting for the phone. Orders take a long time to say they leave from 8 AM and deliver them until 5 PM. They are not serious. The customer service is terrible.
