J	Javier Alexis Rueda Elizondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al momento de entregar material, me comentan que acudieron a la casa a dejar el material solicitado a mi domicilio sin embargo yo me encontraba con el personal de albañiles laborando en la parte de afuera de la casa y en ningún momento llego el camión, me di la tarea de marcar para preguntar por la entrega ya que eran las 5 y es la hora límite de entrega y me indica la señora de ventanilla que el camión reporta que no conteste el teléfono lo cual nunca proporcione ni me preguntaron para dejar un teléfono de referencia y más porque yo estaría al pendiente afuera con mis trabajadores y aparte me quieren hacer un cargo de $970 por movimientos en almacén segun dónde se realizó la carga y descarga del material Terrible service when delivering material, they tell me that they came to the house to leave the requested material at my home, however I was with the masons working outside the house and at no time did the truck arrive, I gave myself the task of dialing to ask for the delivery since it was 5 o'clock and it is the deadline for delivery and the lady at the window tells me that the truck reports that she does not answer the phone which she never provided nor did they ask me to leave a phone of reference and more because I would be on the lookout outside with my workers and apart from that they want to charge me $970 for movements in warehouse according to where the material was loaded and unloaded

Hasta la sexta llamada me dijieron que mi pedido no estaba capturado, que lo tomaría y que me llegaba hasta el siguiente día de 1 a 5 horas??? Osea su eslogan es que entregan el mismo día! ???? No importa si marcas con tiempo... Ineptitud al explendor con las operadoras. Si necesitas colocar un pedido eficiente no te confíes! Tendrás que ir a sucursal!
