Es un mortero muy fino de cemento, que permite un acabado muy liso sobre repellos o enjarres, sin importar si están húmedos o secos, nuevos o viejos, al interior o al exterior. Ofrece rápida fijacion y lento secado, no se mapea, ni se intemperiza. Permite que se extienda en películas muy delgadas y se adhiere con mucha tenacidad. Puede requemarse usando llana metálica, hasta el punto que brille y no se noten las uniones.
