★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo pésimo servicio. Ise un pedido desde el domingo 12 /12/21 a las 11;40am y estuve espero asta alas 4 pm y no llego siempre hablaba y decían que Hiba en camino. Fui a cancelar. Para el lunes y les.comente que de 1 a 3:30 para que me.lo llevarán son las 5:20 y todavía no lo llevan.. y culpan al chófer. No tienen nada de organización. Ni nada de comunicación.... Y van varias veces que quedan mal. No es la primera ves pero ahora sí ya es molestia... ??
Terrible lousy service. I placed an order from Sunday 12/12/21 at 11:40 am and I was waiting until 4 pm and I did not always speak and they said that Hiba was on the way. I went to cancel. For Monday and I told them that from 1 to 3:30 so that they will take it to me it is 5:20 and they still do not take it ... and they blame the driver. They have no organization whatsoever. Nor any communication ... And they go several times that they look bad. It is not the first time but now it is already a nuisance ... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tan buen servicio, tienen material de mala calidad o en este caso me toco a mi. Compramos blockes termicos, estaban muy feos, la estetica no era muy confiable ya que unos eran mas anchos y otros mas largos, le pedimos al gerente que los cambiara que no estaban bien, tardaron dos dias en traer otros y estaban peor que los primeros alli tuvimos ese otro inconveniente pero como era mucho el tiempo en que ibamos a tardar en regresarlos los aceptamos y el albañil que puso los bloques es un albañil con muchos años de experiencia y la barda callo y hubo dos lesionados no fuimos a reclamar, y no es para darles mala fama si no para que solo sepan la calidad que ofrecen sus materiales.
