★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, marque para pedir precios de materiales para una estimación de un proyecto y como no tenia la ubicación del proyecto no me quisieron dar nada, me dejaron en linea de espera y pasado los dos minutos cortaron la llamada.
Terrible service, check to ask for material prices for an estimate of a project and since I did not have the location of the project they did not want to give me anything, they left me on the waiting line and after two minutes they cut the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para una cotización y la señorita muy tajante, aparte que le pedí de la manera mas atenta sus número de cuenta para poder hacer la transferencia ya que era compra de empresa y me dijo que no se podía, y dijo que mejor revisará en otros materiales. No puedo entender por que en el servicio a cliente sean así las personas.
Call for a quote and the lady very blunt, apart from that I asked her in the most attentive way for her account number to be able to make the transfer since it was a business purchase and she told me that it could not be, and said that she would better check other materials . I can't understand why people are like this in customer service.
