Quedé bastante decepcionado y solicité la devolución de mi anticipo, el cual sin problemas me regresaron. La verdad que un incremento de 40% sí es muchísimo. De la atención del personal no me quejo, todo excelente, pero si bastante sorprendido por el cambio de precio, el cuál nunca mencionaron que podía cambiar. Espero haya sido una excepción.
I requested a quote on Saturday at 2 in the afternoon for a cistern, they gave me a price of 14,800 and today Monday at 8 in the morning the cost rose to more than 20,500 pesos. I was quite disappointed and requested a refund of my advance, which was returned without problems. The truth is that an increase of 40% is a lot. I do not complain about the attention of the staff, all excellent, but quite surprised by the price change, which they never mentioned could change. I hope it was an exception.
