★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada de Truper que es la misma encargada de entregar el material Súper grosera y valentonada con los clientes y con sus propios empleados. En general el servicio es muy malo por los dueños o encargados que dan un mal trato a clientes y empleados. Venden mucho por ser los más grandes en la zona pero existen otras opciones más pequeñas pero con mejor trato en el centro de lerma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue muy molesta ya que participe en un juego qué saco comex por tener una compra de mas de 950 pesos y gane y empleados de ahi especificamente del area de pinturas me trajero dando vueltas por mas de quince dias y el dia de hoy me tuvieron por mas de una hora y media diciendome qué tenian protocolo pero los protocolos qué comex dio los tenia todos afortunadamente llegaron dos personas qué por lo qué vi tenian la autoridad y muy amablemente me pidieron disculpas y le dieron la indicacion a la pesona para que me entregaran mi premio espero se tenga mayor atencion en este tipo de situaciones gracias
