★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar que e ido no recomiendo para nada este establecimiento , el día 29 de agosto fui a comprar unas herramienta y ocupaba la factura y pregunte con el chico que me atendió el cual me comento que tenia 30 días para poder ir hacer la factura hay mismo , fui el día 2 de septiembre el cual no paso ni 4 días, con el mismo chavo que me atendió la vez pasada para ver lo de la factura y me pasa con una persona la cual me dice que no se me va hacer la factura por que solo tenia asta el dia 30 para realizar de una forma prepotente y grosera a lo que le comente lo que me dijo su empleado y el solo respondió pues no se la voy hacer y hágale como usted dese en un tono ya grosero por ese motivo yo no recomiendo este establecimiento para ver si aprenden a tratar a sus clientes y aprenden de que gracias a ellos crecen ya que fácil pude haber ido a lowe's o a home depot por la herramienta que ocupaba y haberme evitado ese vergonzoso suceso asi que mejor sigue buscando otro lugar que por esta zona hay mejor ferreterías con mas variedad y mejores empleados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendida por madre e hijo, tiene buen surtido en cuanto a herramienta e insumos para trabajos de casa y obra, lo único malo es que hay que explicarle al caballero que es lo que uno requiere y como es por que no sabe acerca de herramientas y estos mismos insumos, la atención es buena y si pagas con tarjeta te cobran un 3% que no es mucho, se encuentra en ruperto martinez y es una de las que abre temprano pues muchas abren ya tarde y eso no ayuda por aquello de las emergencias.
