Su problema es que solo venden herramienta TRUPER, sería bueno que también tuviesen otras marcas de prestigio para tener alternativas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me molesta que en esta sucursal, en cuanto entras, hay alguien que te sigue por todos los pasillos como si te fueras a robar algo. Ya van varias veces que me pasa y les digo que si necesito algo les aviso pero ni así se te despegan. Es muy incómodo ya que el formato de la tienda es un autoservicio.
It annoys me that in this branch, as soon as you enter, there is someone who follows you through all the aisles as if you were going to steal something. It's already happened several times to me and I tell them that if I need something I'll let them know but they still don't come off. It is very inconvenient as the store format is self-service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy vistoso por fuera y la organización de dentro es excelente, lo que deja demasiado que desear es el personal, en varias ocasiones he ido a buscar conexiones y a pesar que en su catálogo las hay, siempre dicen que no hay pero nunca buscan aparte de su mala atención al cliente.
The place is very colorful on the outside and the organization inside is excellent, what leaves too much to be desired is the staff, on several occasions I have gone to look for connections and despite the fact that there are in their catalog, they always say that there are none but they never look aside from their poor customer service.
