M	María José Caro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen gran variedad de productos a buen precio, sin embargo el servicio al cliente es muy lento, no por los chicos del mostrador, la verdad la atención de ellos es buena y tienen conocimiento, pero solo tienen una persona atendiendo y tiene que hacer todo el proceso, cotizar, buscar, entregar al área de entrega final, se hace demasiado lento porque no hay más personas en mostrador, tanto que la gente termina yéndose a otra ferretería. They have a great variety of products at a good price, however the customer service is very slow, not because of the guys at the counter, the truth is that their attention is good and they have knowledge, but they only have one person attending and they have to do all the process, quote, search, deliver to the final delivery area, it becomes too slow because there are no more people at the counter, so much so that people end up going to another hardware store.

I congratulate them, they are the best with whom I have bought since they opened that branch
