★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a realizar un cambio por talla de 7n regalo, nos gustaron unos tenis y se compraron, pedimos del no. 4 porque el 3 estaba chico, al pago nos dicen izquierdo y derecho y nosotros ok. Tiro caja y todo y el 12 mayo me loa quería poner y resulta me dieron los del 3. Un poco más de atención al personal. Ya que tengo que regresar otra vez y lo peor sin caja, sin ticket. A ver que pasa y solo por el error de la empleada
We went to make a change for a size of 7n gift, we liked some tennis shoes and they bought them, we asked for no. 4 because 3 was too small, when they pay, they tell us left and right and we are ok.
