★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio; lleve a mi perrita a qué le cortaran las uñas y solo la lastimo. Entiendo que es complicado con los perros porque no les gusta pero lastimarlo no es la forma.
Terrible service; I took my dog to have her nails cut and I just hurt her. I understand that it is complicated with dogs because they do not like it but hurting it is not the way.

Teníamos cirugía programada, PROGRAMADA y nunca llegó. A mí me urge la atención de mi mascota y de verdad que poco profesionalismo de esta persona. Por lo menos hubiera manejado la situación haciendo una llamada o de alguna manera notificando que no iba a poder asistir. Definitivamente es al lugar al que no quieres que te atiendan y mucho menos a algo tan preciado como lo tu mascota. Neta no pierdan su tiempo como lo hice yo, no vayan. De verdad que hay mejores médicos veterinarios por la zona.
#Le pongo una estrella, solo porque no hay calificación más baja para ponerle a este lugar.

Terrible service!!
We had surgery scheduled, SCHEDULED and it never came. I urgently need the attention of my pet and really little professionalism of this person. At least he would have handled the situation by making a call or somehow notifying that he would not be able to attend. It is definitely the place you do not want to be attended to, much less something as precious as your pet. Neta don't waste your time like I did, don't go. There really are better veterinarians around the area.
#I give it one star, only because there is no lower rating to give this place.
