Ferry Isla Mujeres - 77500 Cancún

Love the onboard entertainment. It was great.

Check the ferry schedule as the hours have been different. Only running about half of the scheduled times. Ride was nice, but the workers really push the golf cart rental.

First off I want to be very clear. There are two types of vendors. The ‘white T-shirts are people who sell you packages for the island and if you buy from them will cost you 80$ since I see some reviews that people felt robbed... although a expensive it includes some things in the island like food and snorkeling. If you just want round trip tickets walk up to the hut with the people with yellow T-shirts’. The ticket is 20$ it’s only the round trip ticket and you will have to pay for everything else on island separate. I recommend getting the golf cart 35$ all day! Good luck and enjoy!

Super clean, easy, and fast! $45 USD for four adults. Very comfortable! Reminder, currently they are only running every other day! Keep that in mind when planning. Our condo was within walking distance (ferry pier shown in pic)

Upfront on their pricing. We rented golf carts from them before getting on the ferry to the island and it was ready for us when we got across and at the same price they have listed on the island.

Reasonably priced. You can either be on the top deck in the Sun or the bottom deck protected which is enclosed.

I only left 5 stars so that everyone would see this. if I could leave zero, I would. avoid kitty travels. they start by helping you park and show you their tours. it includes rides between snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, seeing the turtles and food. which then they say its only an additional $30 per person on top of the ferry fee ($20) and they are leaving in 25 mins. we talked about it for 10 mins and decided to do it. here is what we got. he asked for my phone after paying and he put in a new address 15 min away from the ferry. - we had to pay an additional $100 pesos for parking which was free at the ferry - we didn't get to have drinks on the ferry as they have their own tug boat you go on. which also was misleading. -once we got there they made us pay and additional $15 pesos per person for dock fees before we left we noticed on the receipt it didn't include dolphins or turtles. so we tried to get a refund and they said it would be %30 loss on our refund, so we decided to go through with it. once we got to the tug boat one of the ladies got off and was complaining that She'd been waiting over 1.5 hours to leave the dock. They caused us to lose our entire day of isla mujeres The parking was supposed to be for 24 but then told us we had to pick it up by 8pm After we got done with everything we were supposed to have the rest of the day to explore the island but after the buffet it was time to go back. We ended up paying to that the ferry back because we were done with them. we wanted to enjoy the 18 min ride in the A/C with drinks and no motion. vs the tug boat that takes an hour to get from one island to the other. don't fall for their fast talking and mind tricks. everything they offered ended up being a joke. including the snorkeling. I'm more upset that we lost a day of vacation with them.

The ferry ride itself was easy… They scammed us into purchasing a golf cart through them tho. DO NOT DO THIS EVER.. Just go to each golf cart location and talk to them privately. Only a few options offer 24hr-weekly rentals with reliable equipment.
