The staff is very attentive and the journey comfortable. There is a cafeteria, toilets, tables with comfortable seats and it is air-conditioned.

Solo se podía por whatsaap y duraron mucho en responder después ya cuando finalmente se podía pagar.. Me dijeron que tenia que ser antes de las 12md... Entonces tuvimos que venir sin reserva 2 horas y media antes de las 4pm y ahora nos acaban de decir que sale hasta las 7 pm el ferry.. muy mala experiencia.. No se puede reservar. Deberían hacerlo más amigable a los turistas We tried to book a day before which was very difficult... Si te mareas te recomiendan ir abajo. De noche es muy romántico, es Coqueto… It's 1000 round trip. If you are from Quintana Roo they give you a discount. Ultramar jamás me respondieron - Los horarios cambian cada semana en domingo y están actualizados en su Facebook. Ahí verifiquen, puedes reservar con una semana de anticipación. Si no reservas quedas bajo disponibilidad y vas a perder todo el día si no hay espacio hasta el siguiente Ferri. Con reserva puedes llegar una hora antes. Con $1000 puede cruzar tu auto hasta con 4 acompañantes mas. El area de espera es cómoda y tiene sanitarios limpios. Hay máquinas de refrescos y snacks. La calle es un poco mala pero nada exagerado.
