★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si está rico.. pero no es lo que nos imaginabamos, con degustaciones a cada paso.. un relajo estacionar y al final se habían acabado las tortillas. Si no tienes un mejor plan, adelante, pero igual y la compras en tu puesto de siempre y la comes calientita en la comodidad de tu casa
If it's rich ... but it's not what we imagined, with tastings at every step ... a relaxed parking and at the end the tortillas were over. If you don't have a better plan, go ahead, but still, you buy it at your usual stand and eat it warm in the comfort of your home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente idea del Ayuntamiento de Mérida para difundir y enaltecer esta comida muy yucateca; en la primera edición del Festival hubo mucha desorganización y poca difusión (incluso se acabaron las tortillas y las cervezas muy temprano!!!), pero para la segunda edición ya se prepararon mejor los comercios aledaños además de que hubo más chicharronerías invitadas y se abastecieron con más producto.
La chicharra y el buche relleno en su máxima expresión.
Excellent idea from the Merida City Council to spread and enhance this very Yucatecan food; in the first edition of the Festival there was a lot of disorganization and little diffusion (even the tortillas and beers ran out very early !!!), but for the second edition the neighboring shops were already prepared better, in addition to the fact that there were more invited chicharronerías and they supplied with more product.
The cicada and the stuffed crop at its best.
