The staff is not trained, you get to request a spare part or material and it takes a long time, they do not locate it, they do not even know the names of what they sell. They are not attentive at all. I do not recommend them.

Ha y la muchacha toda malgeniuda como si me estuviera haciendo el favor de atenderme. Terrible service I bought a 3-burner grill and it came out defective. They didn't want to change it, much less give me a refund. They just tell you I didn't have anything, but in reality I had a gas leak, they only make you buy things and more. There is and the girl all bad-tempered as if she were doing me the favor of attending to me.
