Two days later they marked me telling me that they did not have the part in stock and that the cost had risen, that day I decided to wait for them to tell me when they would have stock and the new cost, but I thought better of it and next. day I asked to cancel the order and they would make the refund, which took a week after several messages without answering, until a call did the trick. If they do not have updated their stock online, they should change their payment system until they confirm the existence. Anyway, I was already getting used to the idea of ​​losing money, but fortunately it was not like that. I ordered the same piece from El Surtidor, that same day they sent it to me and I installed it

Do not buy, they gave me long to deliver an order because according to they did not have in stock and now they say they do not work with Rotoplas. But they haven't given me a MONEY BACK either! I sent the form for the return for more than a month and they did not even answer my messages.

But I do not understand how the organization of the company can be so bad that they promise delivery dates that are never met. In the end I couldn't wait any longer and canceled the order on October 2nd. They assured me that they would make the return within 8 to 10 business days. And what happened? Today is December 1, 43 business days have passed (more than 8 weeks) and so far my money has not been returned. First they tell me there are problems with the bank. Then they tell me week after week that the return is already scheduled, but they seem like pure lies. All very weird and unprofessional. I hope one day to get my money (almost 30 thousand pesos) and that not everything was a fraud.
