El servicio de mantenimiento tardó demasiado tiempo, no lavaron el motor alegando que eso tenía un costo extra de $1000 pesos y mecánicamente mi auto se sentía igual que al momento que lo entregué. ES UNA ESTAFA ESTA AGENCIA, en el área de refacciones, el personal sube el costo de ellas de manera arbitraria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vehículos FIAT SON POCO CONFIABLES, de mala calidad y con refacciones y reparaciones carísimas. En mi familia ADQUIRIMOS 3 (por el diseño), SOLAMENTE UNO SIGUE FUNCIONANDO.
Por algo se ven tan pocos en las calles circulando.
FIAT vehicles ARE LITTLE RELIABLE, of poor quality and with expensive parts and repairs. In my family WE ACQUIRED 3 (by design), ONLY ONE CONTINUES TO WORK.
For something they see so few in the streets circulating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ejecutivo nos atendió muy bien muy profesional y amable, lamentablemente la empresa no tiene buena seguridad para los vehículos ya que se llevó uno en garantía y le robaron ahí mismo la llanta de refacción, trozaron todo el mecanismo por lo cual estan viendo para reponerlo ya que nos comentan no es el primer caso ya han habido otros 5 vehículos entre nuevos y de garantía que les sustraen la llanta de refacción dentro de sus instalaciones por lo cual recomiendo que si llevan un vehículo o adquieren un vehículo nuevo revisen que su llanta de refacción este en el lugar correspondiente y en buenas condiciones.
