★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si es posible ni una estrella les daría, no contestan, y cuando lo hacen te dejan esperando y luego cuelgan, no me resolvieron nada, se tardaron mucho en dar diagnostico y ni le hicieron lo que dijeron que le harían. Después cambiaron el diagnostico, no lo recomiendo para nada, solo van a perder su tiempo y tal vez hasta su dinero
Terrible service, if possible I wouldn't even give them a star, they don't answer, and when they do they leave you waiting and then hang up, they didn't solve anything for me, they took a long time to diagnose and they didn't even do what they said they would do. Then they changed the diagnosis, I do not recommend it at all, they will only waste their time and maybe even their money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si usted está pensando comprar un auto chrysler/Dodge/jeep tenga cuidado por qué venden autos defectuosos y en esta agencia en particular son incapaces de dar solución. Pésimo servicio al cliente, no resuelven, no contestan, no cumplen lo que dicen, no dan diagnóstico por escrito del desperfecto. El gerente y el personal solo dan largas y se nota que les importa muy poco su trabajo.. recomiendo elegir otra marca y otra agencia
If you are thinking of buying a chrysler/Dodge/jeep car, be careful because they sell defective cars and in this particular agency they are unable to provide a solution. Terrible customer service, they do not resolve, they do not answer, they do not comply with what they say, they do not give a written diagnosis of the defect. The manager and the staff just put off and you can tell that they care very little about their work... I recommend choosing another brand and another agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan mucho en dar el diagnostico, y luego lo cambian. No responden el teléfono, tienen mil pretextos. Son muy incompetentes ,incluyendo al gerente. Mi consejo es no lleven sus vehículos ahí.
Terrible service, they take a long time to give the diagnosis, and then they change it. They don't answer the phone, they have a thousand excuses. They are very incompetent, including the manager. My advice is don't take your vehicles there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I have taken my car in for a check engine light in less than 1 week. The car is under warranty with barely a thousand kilometers they cannot find the problem and it is not easy to get back and forth to the their location. I feel they should at least offer a car to borrow or get it fixed when they say they can I wonder if it is because I'm a woman and I don't yell at them or they just don't offer a good service. I understand the first time I take it for a check engine light that the responsibility is on me but it should not have come on in the first place in only 1,000 kilometers. So I feel this is not my problem and they should work it out without making it difficult for me I hope Fiat Global is looking at this.
