★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos autos, pero el servicio es malo, te tardan mucho en darte una respuesta y si llegas a la hora indicada te dejan esperando mucho tiempo. Te cobran cosas absurdas como chequeo de niveles, desgaste de llantas etc..
Good cars, but the service is bad, they take a long time to give you an answer and if you arrive at the indicated time they leave you waiting a long time. They charge you absurd things like checking levels, tire wear etc.

Solicité unas molduras para mi carro, las pidieron pero olvidaron solicitar las grapas. Al final se contradicen, el de servicio dice que consiguieron unas más grandes y que así no se podían poner porque dañaban la carrocería, el de ventas dice que se apoyó con servicio para conseguir las que deben ser y el gerente comenta que se las quitaron a otro carro... no me queda claro qué hicieron.
Desde que compré mi auto en 2015 he tenido muy malas experiencias con la agencia, primero en Celaya Y luego en León.
Mi carro trae un defecto desde nuevo y nunca pudieron arreglarlo, mejor se venció la garantía.
NO COMPREN FIAT!!!
Bad communication between sales and service.
I requested some moldings for my car, they asked for them but they forgot to request the staples. In the end they contradict each other, the service person says they got bigger ones and that they couldn't be put on because they damaged the bodywork, the sales person says that they supported themselves with service to get what they should be and the manager comments that they were taken away from another car ... it is not clear to me what they did.
Since I bought my car in 2015 I have had very bad experiences with the agency, first in Celaya and then in León.
My car has a new defect and they could never fix it, better the warranty expired.
DO NOT BUY FIAT !!!

Conservan su calidad en el servicio, pues le toman video al auto llegando, para evitar sorpresitas desagradables al entregarlo... En fin, cosas que yo jamás he visto en la agencia de Aguascalientes. Por eso prefiero viajar hasta León, Gto.

Antes los coches los podías comprar Únicamente con efectos de garantía con respecto al kilometraje ahora la garantía también cubre con respecto al tiempo y son dos factores que elevan el precio del coche tienes que ir a hacer servicios de acuerdo a lo que suceda primero ya sea en kilometraje o ya sea en tiempo y resulta que con respecto al tiempo es porque ahora el aceite que les ponen a los coches se degrada y si no lo usas Mucho aún así tienes que ir a hacerle servicio
