Tuvieron mi unidad por 3 días y no realizaron el servicio que indiqué. ¿Cómo garantizar mi seguridad y la de mi familia, si ustedes no son capaces si quiera de tener atención con sus clientes? Un va y ven de información sin respuesta, llamadas no hechas y sobre todo el engaño y la mentira por su parte. ¡Pésimo servicio y pésima atención!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy molesta con el servicio recibido en la Agencia, solicité el crédito para un Fiat Mobi, el cual me aprobaron, desde el 11 de enero de este año realicé mi deposito y se suponía que a mas tardar a mediados de febrero tendrían mi unidad pero hasta el día de hoy no me dan respuesta ni me asignan fecha de entrega. Solo me dicen que espere y ya pasó mucho tiempo.
