★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, estamos esperando un traslado de nuestro familiar desde el día de ayer y al llamar nos dicen que ellos sólo son empleados y que no saben cuándo van a enviarlo, ya tenemos todo listo y ellos sin darnos respuesta del traslado, no tienen el mínimo de empatía ni sentimientos por los deudos.
Terrible, we are waiting for a transfer from our relative since yesterday and when we call they tell us that they are only employees and that they do not know when they are going to send it, we already have everything ready and they, without giving us an answer about the transfer, do not have the minimum of empathy or feelings for the relatives.
