★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención. Es mi primera vez como cliente espero no tener quejas a futuro. Corrección ya tuve mis primeros contratiempos por decirlo así no funciona domiciliar el pago . Y no tienen equipos adecuados a todos los servicios que ofrecen. No los recomiendo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención para resolver un problema pésima, llevo 1 mes con el internet fallando y me dicen que debo de contratar "un servicio extra" de 300 pesos, ¿Pagar un extra para que el servicio que contraté no fallé?
Tengo 200 megas y falla horrible el servicio ya llegó casi un mes así, una lastima, tenía una buena percepción de la compañía, gracias por decepcionarme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté el servicio cuando me mudé a SJR con altas expectativas.
Tardaron más de 10 días en instalarme el servicio y en el tiempo que duró el contrato, hubo varias fallas en la red derivadas de robo de cables. A esto, la solución de la compañía era que nos juntáramos entre vecinos y lo resolviéramos por nuestra cuenta.
Aparte de que sus respuestas fueron sarcásticas en reiteradas ocasiones. (Se puede comprobar con las respuestas que dan a algunos usuarios aquí mismo ?)
Borran siempre los comentarios negativos que uno hace en redes sociales y tienen deshabilitada la sección de opiniones en facebook.
Si uno busca, en ningún lado encuentra reseñas REALES más que aquí.
Finalmente por medio de facebook, al comentarles que no quería un 2o año de contrato, me dijeron que tenía que entregar mis equipos a finales de enero para evitar que me cobraran algo extra.
Hice eso mismo y me cobraron $300.00 por “gastos de mantenimiento”
Finalmente es una compañía igual a las demás…

I did the same thing and was charged $300.00 for “maintenance fees”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El internet es bueno solo que falla mucho incluso hasta con ráfagas de viento de 21km se cae el detalle es que uno paga a tiempo el servicio y los inútiles solo trabajan de 9 a 6 y a pesar de eso no reparan los daños en un solo día! Lógicamente si eres una empresa con un buen de clientes debes tener gente preparada para todo tipo de situaciones y más con fallas ya que nos dejan hasta dos dias sin internet solo porque tienen un solo técnico para todo Queretaro ya ni la muelan pongan mas atención en sus clientes porque somos los que les damos trabajo y cada opinión de estas cuenta demasiado para gente nueva que los va buscar pero al ver estas reseñas mejor ni gasten su dinero porque no tienen gente preparada para solucionar problemas 24/7
