Mientras tanto, los vecinos no podemos descansar los fines de semana por el escándalo provocado por la cantidad de alcohol que se bebe y la música. Pedimos a la delegación que nos apoye en esta irrupción a nuestro derecho de una vida tranquila. Esto no es correcto, menos aún de una institución cultural que debe poner el ejemplo de civilidad. Imagínate si fueras el vecino de esta casa.
