R	Rod Zimonjic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel close to the center of Guadalajara. We stayed there for 10 days, and while the hotel is definitely showing signs of age, the quality of services more than made up for it. Would definitely stay there again!

The shower is huge and comes with high quality toiletries. Second. The toilet is in another small room and not in the same room as the shower. Same area but different room. So if you want privacy from your own family then this is it. I'll definitely come back to this hotel. I have to say it's much better than hotel baruk ( down the street )

Hotel location is unbeatable not being far from many of the main points of the City and staff is the friendliest. Great buffet service in the mornings with wide variety/selection of food complemented by very corteous staff/representatives.
a	andy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not look like the pictures at all, it is a big building but it is very old lobby smells like old lady perfume, once you get to the rooms its hot, AC worked very minimal. hotel is definitely outdated to pics. its also in a very busy street. Ubers would cancel all the time due to security closing streets. It was ok but wouldent stay there again. i will admit staff was nice.
M	MARCO IPIÑA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in a good location, service was good, just didnt have my room ready when I arrived 3:30 PM had to wait untill 6 PM for them to have it ready, There was a marathon event and they claimed to be short staffed. I did see many people waiting for their rooms. I think they should have anticipated to be busy before because of an event and all reservations made ahead of time. Other than that everything was good. I would probably not stay here again if there is an event going on.
D	David H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the hotel just looks very old. The bathroom didn't have any sort of furniture, the tub was old and it was peeling. Service and the food on the other hand are great. Location felt safe.
