★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, where do I start? Have been a member for 6+ yrs. It's all rainbows when you sign up, they make you feel so special, I ignored the difficulty it was to get them on a call or ask them questions about booking, billing and so forth.
In 6+ yrs the website has changed, phone numbers to reach them have changed (without notice) and the most ANNOYING of all, it's the wanting to pull my hair out hold times of 1+ hours, always being transferred and having to be put on hold again!
Over the yrs this is getting to be to much!
In my opinion and knowing now what I didn't then, I'd stay far away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend buying this membership. Reserving with points it’s a nightmare!! Try paying the maintenance fee on-site while at the resort, impossible you need to call the call center that can take up to 45 min to answer and then they will tell you the system is down and can’t do it.
Try extending a night while you are there, again you need the call center which doesn’t work on Sunday after midday so you’re stuck!
Try reserving the first days of the year for a weekend in San Miguel de Allende .. I haven’t been able after 4 calls.. for the whole 2021...
Don’t let them fool you like they fooled me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy the membership at the time when I was there is all good and they try to make me buy a membership for 5 years and they told me all good things and I buy my membership but to try to use my membership benefits I try to use whatsup not answering try to email they told me there is no room even all over there property around Mexico that was a good lie so trying to cancel the membership they say that was not possible after 5 days of signing the contract that was totally scam I have no idea how they expected paying the money without service I already charged my payment status so guys be careful

Hopefully, all goes well and I will let you know. We are from the states. Raphel was amazingly professional. I will keep you updated on our experience with FAVC.com.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been owners with FAVC for several years and have had many wonderful vacations! We have not had any issues, and love the locations we have visited. We have returned to several locations many times—wonderful accommodations, awesome food, and really great staff members. They have all treated us so well, especially our concierge, Monica, at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. She is absolutely fabulous..and has gone above and beyond to assist us and make every moment of our vacation time wonderful! We look forward to seeing her every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my membership with FAVC, we have been able to go to so many beautiful resorts and Hotels with it but the greatest thing about our membership is Andres Fraga. He has been letting us know all this time of promotions available with our membership and kept in touch with me to check on us. Letting me know of new places coming up. I highly recommend asking for him if you want to know more about the membership, he is very knowledgeable & patient in explaining. He is always a call or message away. He is also a very nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic stay at Grand Fiesta Americana in Cancun. The resort was beautiful and very clean. There was daily entertainment at the pool during the day and in the evenings. The food was excellent, with a large selection to choose from.
The staff were exceptional. Ivan from the Vacation Club greeted us as we arrived and checked on us regularly through our stay. He was very organized and helpful, always willing to get us whatever we needed or asked for. He has been the best that we have encountered in our time with FAVC. Antonio and Jose were waitstaff that were also great and very attentive with our kids.
We can't wait to make a return visit to this resort.
